When you successfully stake a star, your brand's logo and name are displayed on the map automatically and immediately after payment confirms — there is no physical item, certificate, or package mailed to you. No shipping address is collected, and no shipping fees ever apply.

Your claim goes live on the map as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment processor — typically within seconds. If a claim doesn't appear after a successful payment, contact us with your order reference and we'll look into it.
